I'm so sorry to hear about Baby Goat's asthma. I have little experience with it other than a niece who was diagnosed with asthma as a small child, probably only a little older than Baby Goat, and she outgrew it. The good news is that asthma is condition that can be controlled and, hopefully, will clear itself up in time.
Poor little guy!
Ugh. You may want to have them give you a mask for the neb. We use one and it makes all of the difference for how easy it is to give it to her. Both my husband and I have it, so does my brother. All and of us have it under control, with the occasional issue when we get a chest cold. I hope he grows out of it, but if he doesn't, it is something that he won't be alone with.
Liz, you will find people soon who can give you tips on how to make this work, thanks to online connections. It's never fun to find out something isn't quite right with your child. But you ARE equipped and you will get through this. Here for you from afar...and have to tell you, Baby Goat is cute whether sad, happy, whatever! :)
Will he outgrow it???
Poor little guy, I hope that he gets use to the treatments (as well as you).Ugh is right.
